As a coach, I help clients get unstuck, clarify their vision, and move forward with purposeful action. Through reflective coaching, practical strategy, and accountability, I support individuals in defining meaningful goals and following through with confidence.

I also partner with creatives and writers as a book coach and developmental sounding board, helping shape ideas, strengthen structure, and support the writing process from concept to draft. My role isn’t editing or rewriting, but offering big-picture guidance and steady encouragement so writers can develop their work with clarity and intention.

Before launching my coaching practice, I worked as a Corporate Trainer delivering professional development programs to Fortune 500 organizations and small businesses in the financial services and healthcare sectors. I’m also a member of the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA), reflecting my active engagement in the professional writing community.

I hold a BA in Psychology and an MS in Organizational Leadership, along with coaching certifications from the Association for Talent Development and iPEC. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold an ACC credential.
